The Board of Commissioners is an organ of the Company that has responsibility for supervision and control in accordance with the Articles of Assosiciation and the Company’s Vision and Mission.
He is an Indonesian citizen, domiciled in Jakarta. He studied at the Police Academy in 1987, followed by the Police Science College in 1994. He also studied at the Police Staff and Leadership School in 2002 and the Police Staff and Leadership College in 2011.
Based on Company’s Deed No.12 dated February 10th, 2022 he was appointed as the President Commissioner of the Company as well as an Independent Commissioner.
He also once served as the Inspector for Supervision of the Regional Police of West Sumatera (2014-2015), Pati Densus 88 AT Director of Prevention BNPT (2015), Pati Densus 88 AT Deputy for International Coorperation BNPT (2015-2019), Head of Regional Police NTT (2019-2020), Main Policy Analysis of the General Supervision Inspectorate of the Indonesian National Police (2020), and other positions.
Irjen Pol (Purn) Drs. H. Hamidin has no affiliation with members of the Board of Commissioners and others members of the Board of Directors.
He is an Indonesian citizen, domiciled in Jakarta. He obtained his Bachelor of Engineering degree from Trisakti University in 1982.
Based on Company’s Deed No.14 dated by May 18th, 2022 he was appointed as the Commissioner of the Company.
He currently also serves as the President Commissioner of PT Bhirawa Anuraga Sakti, Commissioner of PT Swarna Baja Pacific, Vice President Commissioner of PT Serenity Project Indonesia, and Commissioner of PT Viniland International Property.
